Softball Skills Challenge
USSSA has partnered with NHR Prospects, the industry leader in sports combines, to bring each player a skills challenge to see where they rank amongst their peers. The top 20 athletes from the skills competition will play in 60-minute game at the end of the day, showcasing their skills on the field.
Each player will have evaluated results to help build their player profiles for their upcoming season. 8u & 10u will only compete in the performance, speed and agility, hitting, and drill events. The top performers in each category will receive top performing awards for the day.

What to Expect:
- Measurements: Height & Weight
- Throwing: Arm Span, Raw arm velocity
- Pitching and Catching: Catcher pop times & Pitching velocity
- Performance: Vertical Jump & Broad jump
- Speed and agility: 40-yard dash, home to first, home to home
- Hitting: batted ball exit velocity
- Fielding: Outfield Drills, Infield Drills, Hitting and Pitching one on ones
